Buffets

YUM now offers freshly made buffets and other refreshments that can be delivered to a place of your choosing.

All our buffets are made in-house and delivered on lidded ceramic trays (with the exception of the packed lunch), complete with food labels, cutlery, napkins and glassware (where appropriate).  Buffets can either be self service or for a small charge, served by the Catering Department.  All we ask you to do is to remove any food waste and put the used dishes in the container provided for collection.

 

We are also working towards using more local suppliers and changing our menus seasonally.
